This recipe is sooo good and easy! It's become a true weeknight staple. The maple-soy glaze is full of flavor, and I always make sure to drizzle it over the tofu cubes for an added oomph. I cut my tofu into 9 squares (like the recipe suggests) and it looks a lot like the photo.
